About Us

The warriors that fight for our country and sacrifice so much for us often find it challenging to find jobs after retiring or leaving the military service. While there are reservations for them in central public sector banks and Public Sector Undertakings along with pensions, there can still be a scarcity of jobs or the money they make is not enough for them and their family’s sustenance.

ESW or Ex-Servicemen Welfare is an organization founded by three veterans that is established to help and empower the ex-servicemen of our country.

The Mahasainik initiative started by them is one of the many steps the institute has taken in this direction. With a goal to generate 25,000 jobs all over Maharashtra in three years, this project will create employment opportunities in the retail, dairy, and services sector for ex-servicemen and their families.

Mission

Empower ex-military and their families by helping them create a life of continued dignity and respect they deserve

Vision

Creating 25,000 job opportunities over 3 years all over the country in various sectors that utilise their skillsets
